Honor Cards
Do you have a friend or relative with a passion for helping end hunger and poverty? Are they celebrating a milestone or special occasion in their life? When you make a gift to Heifer Foundation you have the option of making it in honor of someone. Supply the name and address of the person you would like to honor and we will mail a special card telling them of the gift you have made. We can also mail you the card and let you deliver it yourself.

Memorial Cards
Would you like to pay tribute to someone you were close to with a memorial gift in his or her name? You can make a charitable gift in memory of someone when you donate to Heifer Foundation. Provide the name of the person the gift is in memory of as well as the name and address of the person that will receive the memorial card, and we will mail a special card to them.

Kid Friendly Honor Cards
We understand that children, even at a young age, begin to wonder about social injustices, whether it’s hunger, poverty, environmental degradation, or many other issues facing our world today. With our new kid-friendly honor cards, you can make a sustainable donation in honor of that special child in your life. When you make the donation we can either send you an honor card that you can personally fill out and give to the child, or we can mail out the honor card to the address you provide.
Special Occasion Endowment
If you want to honor the special day of a loved one, you may consider giving to the Special Occasion Endowment, which helps provide a gift of food- and income-producing animals to impoverished families and communities. For a gift of $2,500 or more, the person you have chosen to honor will receive a card every year explaining that a gift has been made in honor of that special day.
How To Donate

Hope Equity E-Cards
Hope Equity, the online giving initiative from Heifer Foundation, has E-Card gifts that allow you to support various causes and country programs dedicated to ending hunger and poverty while also taking care of your gift giving needs. E-Card charitable gifts can be made in honor of a friend or loved one for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and other special occasions, with each card featuring a different design incorporating the Hope Equity logo leaves. The wide array of countries, initiatives and causes available make the E-Card an ideal gift for those on your list that make shopping so difficult.
